This site collects as little as possible. Everything it does process is described here — completely.
Contact form
Submitting the contact form transmits your name, email address, and message to our self-hosted mail server, where it is stored as ordinary correspondence. It is used solely to respond to you — no marketing, no profiling, and no sharing with third parties.
Cookies & tracking
No analytics, no third-party scripts, fonts, or embeds. The site sets two small functional cookies, named theme and locale, and only once you make a choice: one remembers whether you picked the light or dark theme, the other the language you selected. They hold nothing but that preference and are never shared. There is nothing else to accept or decline.
Technical data
The server processes IP addresses transiently for abuse prevention (rate limiting) and routine operation. They are not used to identify visitors and are not stored permanently.
Retention & your rights
Messages are kept only as long as the correspondence requires. Under applicable data-protection law (KVKK / GDPR), you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time: info@ruasystems.com
